About Me

I began working in the perinatal space after a traumatic first birth and postpartum experience that caught me completely off guard. I had done so much research and felt so ready to be a mom! Yet I felt overwhelmed, confused, out of control, and so vulnerable. After going through my own therapeutic journey, I returned to my love of psychology by completing an MA in Counselling Psychology with the hopes of helping other parents and hopeful parents navigate this time with more understanding, validation, tools, and hope.

Outside of my therapy practice, I am a mom to three young children who keep me very busy, and a new addition to the family - Bluey the fish. I enjoy baking, gardening, reading, and am a (mostly) unapologetic fan of reality TV.
